One additional point I wish she'd made was the writer's assertion that she is not a suitble example for young people, "GIRLS IN PARTICULAR" [my caps]. If it is about a healthy lifestule who would be think it's more important for girls?? I think we know the answer to that. Let's drag sexism to the top of the list of opportunities to improve this person has on the way to becoming a decent human being.
