It appears that Sarah Palin's desired meeting with Mrs. Thatcher will not take place.  One of her (Mrs. Thatcher's) allies reportedly said.

"Lady Thatcher will not be seeing Sarah Palin. That would be belittling for Margaret. Sarah Palin is nuts."
