Molly on Monday

Jay here,

Molly is not writing this this week.  Last night Sadie had a problem.  She became ill in the night and at 5:00 I called the vet to see if she could help.  Sadie was unresponsive.  Molly had been up all night with her sitting by her side worrying about her.  After Brenda called and after tests she found that there was a mass in her body. She was anemic.  I was told that it was mostly a problem with her spleen.  She could have an operation but the prognosis was not good and she was unable to raise her head.  My sister and I always will not allow our animals to suffer and she had been suffering.  Painful moans and difficulty breathing.   These are the last three pictures I took of her.

The tears are flowing for both of us.  Molly knew something was wrong.  She sat with Sadie all night and was very concerned.  Animals know.  She and I are very sad.  You can see the pictures of Molly below.

We will get through this.  We have each other.  - I put an announcement on Facebook and I do appreciate the comments.

Dammit.

Molly (and Sadie) on Monday

 Molly here,

BG was worried that he had not taken many pictures.  He had things to do so we were wondering if there would pictures this week but all at once he got the camera out and took  some pictures.

This is Sadie looking at the tree in the back yard.  It is big and it still has lots of leaves.

This is BG's favorite tree.

BG says it is a Ginko. (Ginkgo biloba, known as ginkgo or gingko and also as the maidenhair tree, is the only living species in the division Ginkgophyta, all others being extinct. It is recognizably similar to fossils dating back 270 million years. Native to China, the tree is widely cultivated and was introduced early to human history. It has various uses in traditional medicine and as a source of food.)
BG found that for us.  He likes to look things up.

You can see that there are leaves on the ground.  We inspect every one of them.

This is where BG gets his coffee.

Sadie says I am a begger.

Sadie likes them also.

BG goes to a special store to get them for us.  He said they are good for us.  We just like them.

We pose nice for them.

I got tired of having our pictures taken so I hid behind the lion chair.  BG loves that chair.  It was his great-grandfather's chair.

We like the back yard.  Today we watched a visitor through our back yard.

Sadie wasn't paying attention so she did not see our visitor.  Andrew was here though and he saw her.

She is beautiful.

The we had a special visitor.

Tyson came to visit.  He has moved in to the neighbor because he had to move.  It was neat to meet him.

He does not have to wear a leash.  He is really nice.  He has a short tail because the (stupid) breeder cut his tail off so he could not get "papers" what ever that means.

BG says that this is the same kind of dog that his Facebook Friend Jonathan (who lives in England) has three of these dogs.  They are called Shepherd Dogs)  The are smart dogs.  They will be around for awhile.  BG was glad to see them

BG did not get good pictures.  This is Van the human who lives with them  We were glad to meet them.

BG is still wrathy because their tails were chopped.  He says their breeders should have something cut off from them.

Thanks for stopping to see us.  Woof!

Molly (and Sadie) on Monday

 Molly here,
There are a lot of pictures that B G took of us.  Cassie was hiding and he did not take any pictures of her.

We didn't get to go anywhere this week and Nobody came to visit us.  B G did go to the store and he went to a meeting but all in all it was not as good as last week.

We like to check out the perimeter and talk to the bugs and we have to make sure that the neighbor can come over to bark.

Soon the leaves will be gone and we will have to watch after the neighbors..

We also look all over the grass to make sure there aren't too many weeds out there.

The leaves were starting to fall..BG says that is why it called Fall..

Sometimes we make Sadie sit in the corner.. Because she forgets.  In this case she had muddy feet.

This is our " gimme a treat" face.

We are patient and usually he gives us one. Treat that is.

I am ready for my close-up Mr DeMille.

B G finally gave us our treats.

Then we went outside again.

We go in and a lot.  B G always lets out.  We are patient here also.

Thanks for coming to see us.  Woof!
