...the Government of the United States, which gives to bigotry no sanction, to persecution no assistance, requires only that they who live under its protection should demean themselves as good citizens in giving it on all occasions their effectual support. Geo. Washington Feb. 22, 1732
Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.

"I couldn't believe there were 527,986 bees in the swarm!" Tom recounted.
"Don't you know my name?" asked Tom swiftly.
"Your fly is undone," was Tom's zippy rejoinder.
"I only have diamonds, clubs and spades," said Tom heartlessly.

The sand cat is a Felis species, a genus within the family Felidae. The French soldier and naturalist Victor Loche first described the sand cat from a specimen found in the area of "Négonça" in the northern Algerian Sahara, and proposed to name the cat in recognition of Jean Auguste Margueritte, who headed the expedition into the Sahara. This holotype specimen appears to have been lost.

We have had a wonderful couple of days. We had some hot days and some rain and thunder.
But then we could sit and BG could read and I could sit by him and it was really nice.
He props the door open and we can go in and out.
As long as Todd doesn't bark we can hang out.
B G gives us treats.
B G says that he loves us.
Porch time...B G said he saw a little chipmunk in the bushes and the Rabbit. We can smell them....them and the spiders.
Todd is so silly.
The people in the south put something up in the yard. They climb all over and as always they scream. Todd barks. B G says it is because he is afraid.
