4 1/2 cups Sugar
2 T Butter
1 can Evaporated milk
1 pinch Salt

12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz German sweet chocolate
1 pint Marshmallow cream
2 cups Nuts, chopped

Procedure

Grease pan.

In large bowl, combine: semi-sweet chocolate chips, German sweet
chocolate (broken into small pieces), and marshmallow crème.

Put sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in
large, heavy saucepan.

Stir to blend.

Bring to full boil over medium-high heat.

Boil for 6 minutes.

Pour boiling syrup over chocolates and
marshmallow crème, stirring quickly to melt chocolate and blend all
ingredients.

Beat until mixture begins to lose it's gloss.

Stir in nuts.

Pour into pan.

Spreading to edges with back of spoon.

Cool for several hours before cutting into
squares.

Store in air-tight container.
