Toad Tales

In 1980 we took a wonderful trip from Ames to San Francisco to Los Angeles to Phoenix to New Mexico ( I can't spell Albuquerque) to Colorado and back to Ames.

My favorite part of the trip was on the Pacific Coast Highway where we overnighted at Big Sur.
It was awesome.  Mother wanted me to drive to the Interstate after we had seen Big Sur but you really could not drive there from here.
