Miss Cassie tells a story

In the Outback of Australia there is the tiny town of Mercy.  This town is very small but it does, however have a Tea Room.

This tea room serves a delicious concoction which became known far and wide throughout the world.

An Englishman who was a connoisseur of  teas heard about this tea which had a reputation of being the most delicious tea anyone had ever consumed.  He determined to travel to Mercy and sample this wonderful beverage.

He cashed in his bank account and travelled to the Australian Outback.  The only way to get to the town of Mercy was by bus and as luck would have it the bus broke down on the way to the town and he and the others had to walk for 20 miles to complete the journey.

Upon his arrival in the Tea room which was decorated with Australian decor including a Koala Bear on a eucalyptus branch behind the counter. The Englishman dragged himself up to the counter and said,  "I want some of your tea that I heard about back in England,  I understand it is the most delicious tea in the world."
"Certainly Sir," said the waiter.  He made the tea and when he was finished he took the Koala off the branch and dipped its rump in the tea and served it.  The Englishman was appalled but he was so thirsty he drank the tea.

"May I have another please," he asked.  "That was the most delicious tea I have ever tasted.  Just one thing would you mind running it through a strainer to get the hairs, lint and dandruff out...They are sort of off-putting."

"Sorry Mate," said the Counter-man.  "I can't accomodate you... You see....
The Koala Tea of Mercy is not strained."

Thus endeth the lesson.

Looks like Cassie is also reading The Murder Room. Or else she is just sharpening her claws on it.
