Bleeding Hearts!
There were millions of bleeding hearts today as people watched the Royal wedding at Windsor Castle, in the UK! However, these bleeding hearts were lovingly nurtured by Laurie Olk, a distinguished elementary school art teacher, who will be retiring at the end of the current school year, after many years of dedicated service. They surely do add beauty and color to her back yard. I had seen the pink variety before, but never the white or red ones, so this photoshoot was the source of additional fun and creativity for me as well. Enjoy!
