Pappajohn Sculpture Garden, Des Moines - Photos by Bob Kelly

On the west end of the downtown business district of Des Moines, Iowa is a wonderful outdoor sculpture garden, given as a gift to Des Moines and Iowa by the Pappajohn family. The pieces are varied and attract different responses from everyone, however one favorite is the large shape of a person composed of metal letters welded together.  The black and white shot was created with some Photoshop techniques to enhance the letters and to create the impression that it was a flash photo taken at night.  Taking some time to stroll around in that two block area would be a fun and reflecting experience for anyone.  Enjoy!
