Yellow cake mix
2 Eggs
½ cup Water
1 small can Mandarin
Oranges, drained
½ cup Cooking oil.

TOPPING
1 8 oz. carton Cool
Whip
1 3 oz .pkg. Instant
vanilla pudding
1 small can Crushed
pineapple, undrained

Procedure

In mixing bowl,
combine all the ingredients.

Grease 9 x 13
pan.

Pour cake batter
in cake pan.

Bake: 350°, 25 -
30 minutes.

Cool.

In a medium bowl,
combine topping ingredients.

Spread on cake.
Yield: 9 x 13

sugar
½ cup Lard
1 cup Water
1 cup Seeded
raisins
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Cinnamon

½ tsp Nutmeg
1 2/2 cups Flour
1 tsp Soda
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt
1 Egg

Procedure

In saucepan place
lard, brown sugar, water, raisins, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Boil 2 minutes.

Add dry ingredients.

Add egg.

Mix.

Pour into 8 x 10
pan.

Bake: 375°, until
done.
Yield: 8 x 10 pan
