Procedure

Sift dry
ingredients

Combine egg,
corn, milk,and oil.

Beat well- add to
dry ingredients.

Stir just to
moisten. (Do not heat).

Fill well greased
corn stick pans 2/3 full.

Bake: 425°

May bake in
muffin pans or cake pans.

Yellow cake mix
2 Eggs
½ cup Water
1 small can Mandarin
Oranges, drained
½ cup Cooking oil.

TOPPING
1 8 oz. carton Cool
Whip
1 3 oz .pkg. Instant
vanilla pudding
1 small can Crushed
pineapple, undrained

Procedure

In mixing bowl,
combine all the ingredients.

Grease 9 x 13
pan.

Pour cake batter
in cake pan.

Bake: 350°, 25 -
30 minutes.

Cool.

In a medium bowl,
combine topping ingredients.

Spread on cake.
