1 1 lb. pkg. Candied
fruit
½ cup Butter
2/3 cup
Sugar
3 Eggs

1¼ cups
Flour

Cinnamon
½ tsp Nutmeg
¼ tsp Allspice
¼ tsp Cloves

Procedure

In saucepan
combine: juice, molasses, and raisins.

Bring to a boil
over medium heat.

Simmer 5 minutes.

Remove from heat.

Stir in candied
fruit.

In a large bowl
cream shortening and sugar.

Add eggs, one at
a time.

Sift together
flour, soda, salt and spices.

Stir into creamed
mixture.

Add fruit and
nuts.

Fill small baking
cups 2/3 full.

Bake: 350°, 20 - 25 minutes.

1 stick Margarine, melted

milk

Procedure

In a large bowl,
mix cake mix: cake mix, margarine, and evaporated mike.

Place 1/3 to 1/2
of batter in greased cake pan.

Bake 6 minutes at
350°.

In a double
boiler, melt caramels, chocolate chips, evaporated milk.

Pour over batter.

Add walnuts.

Place the rest of
the batter on top.

Bake: at 325° for 15 minutes.
Yield: 9 x 13 pan
