I wish I knew all the data, all the pieces, to make an educated input. There is so many hot heads and emotions on this sore topic. I used to be a state worker, and I know first hand many of them were corrupt, lazy, and frankly pampered. I worked in a bad place; I don't know if they were 'typical' state workers. What a mess this all is.
