Graceful Simplicity - Photo by Bob Kelly

This photograph was taken three weeks ago when I was visiting Yellowstone National Park.  The graceful curving and sculpted snow bank immediately caught my eye, and the unique deformed tree also added to the impact.  Right after I shot this photo I stepped a bit closer to the tree and sunk into soft snow up to my mid chest!  After our photo leader got done laughing at me, he helped to pull me out.  This photo remains as a reminder of that moment on the special windswept plains of Yellowstone.
