Something Yummy for Saturday

Apricot Bars
Any flavor of jam will work in this recipe.

1½  cups   Flour
1     tsp     Baking powder
1½  cups   Quick cooking oats
1   cup  Brown sugar
¾  cup  Butter or margarine, melted
1   cup  Apricot jam
1   Grease pan.
2   In large bowl, combine all the ingredients except jam.
3   Pat 2/3 of mixture into pan.
4   Spread jam on top.
5   Sprinkle with remaining flour mixture.
6   Bake.
Yield: 9" x 13"
Oven Temperature: 350°F
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

I think I might try these as I probably have all of the ingredients.
