Any flavor of jam will work in this
recipe.
1½ cups Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1½ cups Quick cooking oats

1 cup Brown sugar
¾ cup Butter or margarine, melted
1 cup Apricot jam

Procedure

Grease pan.

In large bowl, combine all the ingredients
except jam.

Pat 2/3 of mixture into pan.

Spread jam on top.

Sprinkle with remaining flour mixture.

Bake.
Yield:
9" x 13"
Oven Temperature: 350°F
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
