I'm sorry J. Guess Bailey is having fun now with Max. They are together again, but sadly they have left you. For some reason, you really never can prepare for when they leave us. They always seem to leave a hole in the heart. Pets are wonderful :)
yikes. Indeed, words are lame and useless. there is no sorrow like this. However, you are not alone for any pet owner has been there and knows what you are going through. But I suppose this is the price of loving something, you miss them so when they are gone.
