Grand Master Mosier presented the New Mason of the Year Award to Fredrick Killian of Arcadia Lodge # 249 and Specialias Procer Lodge U. D. in Des Moines. Fredrick's daughter accompanied him this evening.
I have watched Fredrick as he has joined and progressed through Masonry. It is so very obvious that Masonry means a lot to him. He came into Arcadia Lodge in January of 2007. He is serving Arcadia Lodge as the Senior Steward. He helped us with the organization of Specialis Procer Lodge in Des Moines and is the first Junior Warden of that Lodge. Fredrick lives Masonry, has joined both the York and Scottish Rites and is active in all of these organizations.
I think that the caption for this picture could be "The Most Happy Fellow." Congratualtions Fredrick. I am proud to know you!
