There are all kinds of Potato Salad. This is "ours" and to my way of thinking it is the best. As it says DON'T GAUM it
Our
Potato Salad (Submitted by Jean Cole
Bates, 1972)

6 med. Potatoes,
boiled and chopped
6 Hard boiled eggs
1 med. Onion,
finely chopped
|
½ cup Celery, chopped
Mayonnaise, to moisten
Prepared mustard to taste

Procedure

Mix a little
mustard into the mayonnaise to taste.

Add the rest of
the ingredients carefully.

DON'T GAUM!

Chill.
