Potato Salad (Submitted by Jean Cole
Bates, 1972)
6 med. Potatoes,
boiled and chopped
6 Hard boiled eggs
1 med. Onion,
finely chopped
|
½ cup Celery, chopped
Mayonnaise, to moisten
Prepared mustard to taste

Procedure

Mix a little
mustard into the mayonnaise to taste.

Add the rest of
the ingredients carefully.

Chill.
