Procedure

In a bowl,combine: butter, flour, oats, brown
sugar, and salt.

Spread in greased
9 x 9 pan.

In a bowl mix::
cream cheese, sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice, and milk.

Spread on top of
of flour mixture.

Bake: 350°, 30 minutes.

2 cups
Flour
1 cup Butter
½ cup Confectioner's sugar
TOPPING
4 Eggs

Lemon juice
1½ cups Sugar
1pinch
Salt
Confectioner's sugar

Procedure

In large bowl,
combine: flour, butter, and confectioners’ sugar. 5 Pour over crust. 6 Bake: 350°, 30 - 35 minutes 7 Remove from
oven. 8 Sift confectioners sugar over
the top. 9 Don't cut until cool.

Press in 9 x
13" pan

Bake: 350°, 25
minutes.

In mixing bowl,
combine topping ingredients.

Pour over crust.
