Friday June 25, 2010 - Des Moines Scottish Rite
The festival of St. John the Baptist is a fellowship event hosted by
Specialis Procer Lodge #678.
The event is part banquet, part education, and part fundraiser.
The evening will kick off with a social hour and an open bar followed by a banquet.
After the banquet, Bro. Timothy Whipple will deliver a keynote address on Abraham Lincoln and the virtue of fortitude.
The address should be of interest to Masons and non-Masons alike.
The proceeds from the event will benefit the Des Moines Scottish Rite Consistory’s library.
