Brother Whipple is an attorney and serves as Legal Counsel
to the Iowa Legislature in matters of taxation and
economic development.
He graduated with a degree in English and Linguistics from
St. Olaf College in 1999 and Drake Law School with a
certificate in Legislative Practice 2007.
