Lime Pineapple Salad

1    pkg   Lime jello 1    cup   Hot water 1    cup   Crushed pineapples, drained, reserve juice 15          Miniature marshmallows

1   cup  Whipped cream, prepared             Water 1   cup  Cottage cheese ½  cup  Walnuts, chopped

Procedure

1   In large bowl, dissolve lime Jello into boiling water.

2   In saucepan heat reserved juice, add water to make 1 cup.

3   Add marshmallows and cook until marshmallows melt.

4   Add marshmallow mixture, whipped cream, pineapple, cottage cheese, and walnuts to lime Jello mixture.

5   Pour into pan.

6   Refrigerate
