Addendum:
The building is the new Social Security Building here in Ames. It is very nice and it was nice of them to ask the Masons to lay the cornerstone. Masons have been laying cornerstones for ages. George Washington laid the cornerstone of the Capitol building in Washington DC in full Masonic regalia.

That is the Social Security Building. The Grand Lodge just laid the cornerstone.
