½ cup Green pepper, chopped

Chicken or turkey, diced
1 can Green chilies

1 cup
Sour cream
1 ½ cups Monterey Jack cheese

Flour tortillas

Procedure

In a pan, cook
onion in butter.

In a large bowl,
combine: onion, green pepper, and chicken.

In a small bowl,
combine: butter, flour, and spices.

Add to chicken
mixture.

Stir in chicken
broth, sour cream, and ¾ cup cheese.

Fill tortillas
with chicken mixture.

Roll up
tortillas.

Place tortillas
in a pan.

Top with extra
sauce.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake: 350°, 25 minutes.
