

Actually Quantum of Solace and Australia were both wonderful films.
I have always enjoyed the 007 movies and this one was a return to the ones I enjoyed the most. Craig is a great Bond. IMHO and he brings a depth to the character that was lacking in some of the previous incarnations. Wikipedia has an excellent article about it here.
Australia was really a western set in Australia at the start of WWII. A noblewoman (Nichole Kidman) from England comes to Australia and has to help the "Drover" (Hugh Jackman) drive the cattle to market. To me the aboriginal dreaming and walkabouts are exciting and interesting aspects of this extraordinary country. I remember seeing other films set in Australia and the magnitude of the country has always kept me in awe. None more than this. I highly recommend it.
