OK, Today is Sunday. That is really the first day of the week. Saturday is the last day on which we are supposed to rest. There wasn't much rest today. I read at church and then came home and did some more downloading on the computer. I am trying to get the new computer at least up to almost where it was before. I am missing most of my pictures but I did save them to a disk so they are not all gone.
Then this afternoon I drove over to Tama to the Casino to meet Glenn and Freddie Holmes to talk about the trip to Texas this summer. They have a new van and it should be fun. I always enjoy the Red Cross of Constantine meetings. I much prefer to drive. While there I will get to see Marion Olson who lives in San Antonio and then I will see Amy and Lee on the way home.
The drive over was pretty the grass is green and the trees have a dusting of green on their leaves. The trees with flowers have burst open and we have red and white all over. This is my favorite time of year.
I spent the rest of the day working on rewriting some things which I had saved on a flash drive. I have the preliminary minutes for Thursday redone.
Oh yes I cashed a check at the credit union and the girl put the money in the wrong account so I have to go down and get that straightened out. I also have to call mastercard. when I got home they had telephoned me to verify that I had charged the new computer and it sounds like I may have been charged twice. I shall have to check on that. And I have to call AAA to order a Triptik for the summer trip. That plus three trips to Des Moines this week. Busy, Busy, Busy. It is warm. Be Happy. The snow has melted.
