The Last Leaf

The Ginko is thousands of years old, and the only tree in its unique botannical species. First grown in China, the Ginko is only tree in the world that has fan shaped leaves of soft green.....that is until fall, when they turn yellow, and as if the tree has a shared consciousness, they all fall off in a given night and carpet the ground. This particular leaf landed in my concrete birdbath, and was encased there in ice to beautify our world, until it thaws.

Note: Bob is going in to have some repair work done on his shoulder which he injured in a bike accident. Hold him in healing light.

That's an awesome photo! I wonder how hard it would be to take one of the leaves and encase it in epoxy so that you could have that image forever? Just a thought.
