You've just gotta love Ma and Pa Kettle! Marjory Main and Percy Kilbride. I think I have all their movies on VHS tapes, and they make me laugh every time I see them. Better (as you noted a day or two back) than chicken soup! Another of my favorite vignettes involves moonshiners who pour the remainder of their endeavors into the creek upstream from the Kettle farm, and all of the livestock get tipsy. I seem to recall a cow sliding down a haystack. I wonder how they trained her to do that—maybe they fed her some good mountain sour mash!
