I subscribe to a Blog entitled 3quarksdaily.
On this website, guest authors and editors and I hope to present interesting items from around the web on a daily basis, in the areas of science, design, literature, current affairs, art, and anything else we deem inherently fascinating. We want to provide you with a one-stop intellectual surfing experience by culling good stuff from all over and putting it in one place. In other words, we are what has come to be known as a "filter blog"
You (I am sure) have heard the statement
that Man is a political animal. Well it turns out that amimals are political animals also. New York Times Article here.

They have just started adding poetry to the blog and this one reminds me that poetry builds pictures with words. It doesn't have to rhyme - it does have to build pictures in your mind and appeal to your emotions. Hugs, j
