Bob's Photos

Bob writes:

One of the joys of photography for me is to imagine and previsualize a scene I would like to shoot, go look for it and find it, capture it and develop it digitally, and then produce a product that meets or sometimes exceeds expectations. Today the golden glow of sunset enhanced a Trumpeter Swan flapping its wings, two horses with glowing mane and tails, a farm scene and two silos in particular, and lastly a lone tractor left to spend the night in the fields enhanced by the pallet of colors behind it. It took an hour for the rather blah looking sunset to go from barely there to spectacular, and once the fireball of the sun dropped down below a cloudbank, the incremental changes were occurring by the minute. The tractor shot was taken after the sun was totally down and afterglow was setting in. It was a special way to spend a couple of hours between the swatting of bugs and mosquitoes! Enjoy!!
