Ten Word Challenge : blind panic, apartment, fleas, soap operas, Cajun cooking, free and easy, legal, sangria, public school, new

For the mini challenge: class, calendar, keeping secrets, boring, fashion

Sallyie came in dressed to the nines. She pirouetted around and said,
"Look Phrog, the latest
fashion."
Phrog glanced up and said, "
Boring." Sallyie burst into tears and ran from the room.
"Well," thought Phrog, "it is not as if I was
keeping secrets. I must get up and go after her. Sometime. I will put it on my calendar. In the meantime I must find a girl friend with more class. That outfit was too trailer trash and it wasn't even new."

Saydie came in the room and said, "Phrog, you must do something about the way you treat my sister. She only has a public school education after all and sometimes she drinks way too much sangria. It is legal for her to dress as she pleases and you know she is free and easy about things and you should treat her better. Now about supper. I was thinking about Cajun cooking and we can eat after I watch my soap operas. Oh, yes and by the way this place is infested with fleas."

Phrog leaped to his feet and rushed from the
apartment in a blind panic for he was allergic to fleas and did not want to be around them. "I must call my dragon friends to come over and exterminate them, he thought. They are the most effective in the business."

Next Week's Ten Word Challenge will be: records, impulsive, really cool, bread crumbs, angels, Sponge Bob, magical moment, back and forth, suffering, good fences make good neighbors

For the mini challenge: side effects are generally mild, clingy, rooster, samples, curiosity

Hmn, I must say, I probably share that flea allergy! Funny story!

I will pray for Max too. Sorry to hear he's not feeling well...

Even though the girls don't go outside, we are dealing with fleas here. Maybe the dragons can help. I'm not allergic but I am gripped with enough imagination about things like fleas that I'm as miserable as if they were actually biting me.

Great use of the words as always. Phrog was a touch cruel this week. I expect better of him.

Phrog was adept as usual...;-)

Jay, your link on Mr. Linky isn't working correctly.

Poor Phrog. Fleas and a critical Saydie. Good he is calling for some dragon help. How times have changed.

we are sitting here waiting for a call. We suck up fleas like a super powered vacuum.
Phrog should be a little nicer to Sallyie. But he does have lots on his mind.

I thought that was mean of Phrog. Doesn't he know that girls are very sensitive about the way they look? I didn't realise the Dragons were up for a bit pest extermination. I'd have Harold give them a call when he gets his new (no doubt flea-ridden) apaartment, but I think they'd get the wrong idea about who they were meant to be exterminating :-)

what a shame she ran out crying, Phrog deserves every flea bite he gets!

Phrog can be quite insensitive. I hope he gets at least a few flea bites in retaliation. Do dragons use fire to exterminate the fleas?
