Well, having had a paddle in most of the lakes in the Boundary Waters nearly 50 years ago, I can report that I never saw ANYTHING like this on any of those trips! It would have frightened the deer, the coons, the moose, the bears, and the walleyes.
I do kinda wonder how Ms. Higbie persuaded Robin Williams to play the soprano sax with her lovely chamber ensemble...
